Hey, I used to be concerned that our trip would be ruined by lengthy DIA TSA wait times before it ever began. However, I was pleasantly pleased by DIA. Everything went smoothly and in order, even when there were long lines. The personnel maintained order, provided useful guidance, and showed respect to all. The wait seemed doable because of the organization. Knowing that we wouldn't be left perplexed or overburdened was reassuring.
