The staff was courteous and patient, fully outlining the baggage and ticket change regulations, in her opinion. The lengthy wait time, however, made the procedure a little annoying. Although she thought the cancellation fees were excessive, the staff eventually assisted her with the alterations. Although she valued their assistance overall, she would have preferred a quicker service.
